About the Author
Paula D'Arcy is a writer, retreat leader, and speaker. As a psychotherapist she ministered to those facing grief and loss. Today her workshops and retreats focus on spirituality, writing, and women's gatherings. She has also teamed with Richard Rohr to present seminars on the Male/Female Journey and Spirituality in the Two Halves of Life.

My grandmother's favorite bird was the cardinal, so when I saw this book I decided to give it a try. Wonderful read :) Very inspirational! Highly recommended to be reminded of the gifts that we receive in life.

A New Awareness

I have given so many copies of this book to people I love. It is timeless! The author is transparent in her pain, doubt and journey to find meaning in life. After reading this book, I see redbirds and many other things in a different way. It is a book that one would want to re-read from year to year as a reminder of God's willingness to meet us at our point of need. I ordered this as a gift for a friend.
